I currently have a Samsung and have been meaning to test out an iPhone for a while now. But I've heard the 15 is not worth it, and haven't been able to find anything online that proves otherwise. Can anybody tell me a few notable features that I'd miss out on if I picked the 13 or 14?

If you are passing from an android to an iPhone, and supposing that you don’t have budget problems, I can’t see a valid reason to buy an older iPhone. Aside from hardware specs, that include camera or cpu, getting an older iPhone basically means throwing 1+ years of iOS updates. What’s not worth is passing from a 13/14 to a 15, but if you switch from android to latest iphone it’s fine, assuming you don’t have budget problems as I said.

Also had to pick between the two, but unfortunately budget was unexpectedly short to afford the 15 so I went with the 13. It's still amazing, great cameras, and never lags at all with the apps I use. The software optimization compensated the lack of 120hz as it's still smooth to use and never really had a hard time adjusting with the screen since I have a secondary android 120hz phone. If you want an extra 2GB RAM to futureproof it a little, just get the 14. Getting 8-10 hours SOT on WiFi with 100% battery health, and around 5-7 hours SOT when using Cellular Data or when gaming. Thinking about it, I realized that I didn't really need the iPhone 15 after all, there are some upgrades yes but the iPhone 13 is still great to use for a few more years. To be real with you, I only wanted the iPhone 15 because of the name (15, yup I know, for clout), it's newer, and has the Dynamic Island which I had a fear of missing that out but I don't feel that anymore. Running iOS 18 Public Beta 3 and it's still smooth btw, the iPhone 15 won't really benefit a lot with iOS 18 since it's focused more on Apple Intelligence, which the 15 also doesn't support. A week a go I bought an iPhone 13 and honestly I am satisfied with it. I checked the store I bought it from and saw they also have an iPhone 15. (I traded-in my older phone and for the iPhone 15 you get an even higher trade in amount)
The difference in the end for me would be 200 EUR more for the iPhone 15.
Should I return my iPhone 13 and get the iPhone 15? Or should I just stick to this one and call it a day?
Edit: I think am getting the 15 mainly for longer iOS support.
Edit 2: got the iPhone 15. Animations and overall experience is a bit smoother IMO.

13 is an exceptional iPhone. In 15, you will get Type-C, Dynamic Island, 3 Extra Updates. Battery - They last similar, only 30 mins difference Performance - 15 performs slightly better Camera - Majorly identical, you can't spot a difference , 15 better in few scenarios, like edge detection, light control, colour in some cases If you think paying whatever $$$ for these changes worth it, go for it. Otherwise, 13 is truly exceptional.
