So I tried to call ups Canada 10 times and it just hang up right after I dial the number. The number is 1 (800) 742-5877. Maybe you guys can try and tell me if you have the same problem. Edit: so I was able to talk to someone and they told me my package is not wnywhere nearby and it was supposed to come friday guess im waiting another week ****
Where is the main warehouse in Toronto? I'm talking about where they park all the trucks and vehicles where they pack the trucks with packages that will be going out? that's my main concern, that's the warehouse I'm referring to. I need to go there to inquire about a package that should have been delivered last month.
877-289-6418, option 4 (other) I just was able to speak to a live UPS person about my delivery issue (3 failed delivery attempts, even though I was home, and now being returned to sender). Found out the identity of the sender, contacted sender, and make alternative arrangements. I chose call-back option and got a call back within 10 minutes. It seems to me that 800-742-5877 is strictly Artificial Intelligence no matter what time you call.

I'm in a situation with UPS right now. I purchased some books from the states, and due to the box sizes available it was sent in two packages. The cost of shipping was ~$60 USD.
The books arrived in Canada on the 23rd with astronomical brokerage fees. I asked for the paperwork to self clear the packages with the CBSA. I was told I'd receive a response within 24 hours.. of course this didn't happen.
I have called the call centre on the 28th, 29th, 30th, and 3rd to try to get a resolution for the problem. On the 3rd (yesterday), in a discussion with a supervisor, I was told that they would put in a ticket to have my brokerage fees waived, and that they would call me back within 24 hours. They of course didn't call me back, and when I finally got in touch with them, they told me only one of the 2 brokerage fees were waived,. I still don't have my paperwork to clear my packages.
I don't have a lot of time to clear these packages and every time I talk to customer service, they say they'll do something and then never do anything. Is there any way for me to talk to someone who can and will do something to rectify this situation? Every time I call the call centre, I feel like I'm talking to people who can do absolutely nothing to affect this situation.
