Evolve2 75 mic issues solved?
Bought them for two weeks ago and got instantly disappointed. Opened a support ticket to get it solved but without success. They announced a firmware for Q3/22 so fingers-crossed but it´s difficult to solve design issues with firmware. I will return my Evolve2 75 and get back to a Evolve 75.
More on reddit.comHere is what the support told me:
"We are very sorry for a delay delivering a firmware version for Jabra Evolve2 75 with microphone audio improvements.
Jabra Evolve2 75 is a very powerful and complex product using the latest technology. Due to that microphone audio tuning requires a very delicate and precise work with several iterations.
There are combination of several factors that should be considered when implementing the changes (Tx noise cancelling, distractor suppressor, etc.)
Jabra’s audio engineering team is working hard on bringing the product improvements to the market.
Currently a new firmware version with improvements is scheduled to be released in end of Q3 2022.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.”.

Hi, is there any clarity when (or if) the mic issues with the evolve2 75 are expected to be resolved?
I checked posts/comments of the past 3 months for clarity, unfortunately none. If there is an outlook then I would really like to buy them again. It’s the perfect headseat for multi-purpose use. Really hope they can fix it with firmware.
Thanks for sharing your answers.

Yeah after seeing multiple posts about this and having my evolve 75 just break on me for mic issues. I don't think I'll buy another Jabra product for my replacement office headset. Poor customer service and wack ass warranty. Since I'm out of warranty timeframe I'm SOL.
