I'm not sure if this is the best thread for this, but this sub seems to have come up the most when searching for Japanese futon mattress. So, I have had my current japanese futon mattress since late 2023. I moved from my last place (renting a room in a house) to a studio on my own. I am thinking about getting a bed frame to get my mattress off the floor. From the research I have done it looks like a platform bed frame is what I would be looking for, but the ones with headboards seem to have too big of a gap for my mattress. My mattress isn't that thick and so it would leave a gap.

This frame is from same company that I bought my mattress from, but the headboard is really small
Would be nice but headboard too high
Might work 1 and 2
My questions are:
Does anybody have links or names of what I should be looking for?
Has anybody else put a similar mattress onto a frame? If so, was it still comfortable?
Anything I should be considering that I haven't considered?
