only connects to VIA but apparently its pretty much the same as the launcher

I recently got a Keychron K10 V2 and it works fine except that whenever I try to connect to the launcher or VIA it fails, saying "No Valid HID Device configuration found."

It shows up in the HID section, but when i click connect it fails.

I am on windows 10 (tried on a windows 11 device tho and it didnt work), using a wired connection in windows mode.

I have tried installing drivers, updating firmware, resetting the board, trying a different cable, tried a different machine, switching to chrome/edge from firefox

I've contacted customer support but they haven't solved it either.

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue and solved it somehow

hi, i just bought the q3 pro se knob version, and i cant seem to connect to the VIA software, both via the website and the app. I have no idea to fix this, and i'm not really tech-savvy to know how to look into .json files and such (searching for stuff on github is a nightmare for me).

I found like 1 other person asking for the same thing, but no one really had an answer, so i'm basically stuck.

If someone knows how to fix it, i'm all ears!

I just got a keychron K8 and when I try to connect it to the launcher, it won't find my keyboard. It's connected to my laptop with the usb-cable that came in the box. Does anybody know what can be done?

I tried the via software on my windows 10 pc and it’s just shows the right icon for a seconds and goes full blue and when I tried it on another pc it works perfectly fine what could be the problem here
