Best resource for replacement parts for kitchen drawers, cabinet doors, and soft close sliders and hinges?
I’ve used Woodworker’s Supply and Hardware Hut for cabinet hardware and accessories. Good selection and reliable merchants. You might also be able to find a local cabinet shop that would be competitive with DIY.

I have the weirdest kitchen drawers, and I can’t find replacement parts.
Matching Replacement Drawers for Kitchen Cabinet?
Are the drawer fronts compatible with all types of drawer boxes?
You can install our drawer fronts to any drawer box with a front substrate to screw through. You can also fasten to drawer systems from various hardware manufacturers such as Blum.
Do you offer matching cabinet doors and drawer fronts?
All of our pre-configured drawer fronts will have a matching door. Simply match up the name of the front to the door name. You will also see that some flat panel fronts will have a matching raised panel front.
How do I measure my existing drawer fronts to order the correct replacement size?
When replacing existing drawer fronts with the same overlay (amount the drawer front lays past the opening) simply enter the exact measurements of existing doors and drawer fronts.
When changing overlay or measuring for new openings:
Measure the opening and add 2x the desired overlay. For example, a 20″ W x 4″ H opening with a 1/2″ overlay would need a 21″ x 5″ drawer front (2 x .5 + 20= 21″).

I want to refresh my kitchen's cabinetry without tearing the actual cabinets off the walls. Previous owner was a woodworker, so I’m assuming the current cabinets are custom, but they are worn, with too many layers of paint and no drawer slides. I’m thinking my best bet would be to replace the drawers and add soft close sliders, and replace the cabinet doors and add soft close hinges. I currently have 18 cabinet doors and 7 drawers.
A google search shows plenty of sellers with varying costs. Who is worth giving my business to? Also any general advice is appreciated. I’m in Northern California.

If you have a Habitat ReStore near you, check there. They've always got stuff like this for cheap. Check often though if you're comfortable because stock and donations fluctuate. Good luck!
