March 3, 2021 - These lines show you how far points come out into the main lake or cove, where humps or ridges are in the main lake and define the main and secondary creek channels. The contour lines are usually indicated in feet, at intervals of 5 to 10 feet apart.

October 2, 2010 - Could these 3 combined be a good tool for finding the points,ledges and dropoffs in a lake. Example: I have an old Topographic map of the lake I normally fish. It shows contour lines,points and all that stuff you cant see from the surface. It may not be 100% accurate,but im sure its pretty close....

Contour maps of these lakes may be downloaded in KMZ format (for use with Google Earth software) or as AT5 files for use with Lowrance fish-finding devices.
