Lawn Love and lawn starter are both the same company. They lie to customers about getting $20 for giving positive feedback before work is done and then they don't show up. The scam is , they push back customers constantly to have them pay extra for long grass. So many other people out there who are HONEST. AVOID AVOID. ESPECIALLY BRUCE

Your grass needs to be 9" tall for a 50% price increase, your grass needs to be 15" tall to get a 100% increase, which is double. Pictures have to be taken, and approval must be given to get charged that amount. pictures have to show the whole yard at 15" to get a double charge. If your yard is this tall you might want to blame yourself

Now I'm being dunned for this amount by emails I can't reply to, including links that go nowhere and phone calls that mean nothing, I don't owe any money to Lawn Love, and I am reporting them to be an incompetent company not to mention a Total Scam as there is no way to contact them other than customer service who repeatedly claims they have no record of cancellation by phone, regardless of how many times one does so. I can see this is a common practice by their negative reviews.Thank you for your attention,REMOVED

My lawn desperately needs aerated. I'm in SoCal with a 17,000 sq ft. lot (about 5,000 of lawn). Lawn Love quoted me $170 to aerate, which is a great price IMO considering the cost of renting the aerator and a truck from Home Depot would get me close to that.
The reviews they have on Yelp are very mixed.
