They are slightly cheaper (sticker price) for things like their cast iron/stoneware but they will also run sales that are usually deeper than their website. An example is that their heart cocotte in 2qt has a suggested price of $235.00. Their sticker says the outlet price is $212.00. They also ran a sale that said the heart cocotte was 25% off. Bonus all around, right? If you are looking for a specific piece, give the outlet a call and they can assist you with regards to their inventory. I'm not sure if they all do this but the one I go to also ships (they base it on the $ spent, not the weight). Hope this answers your questions and happy hunting for your first piece. I got my first piece, a first quality, 3.5 quart braiser at more than half off in the outlet. You do need to keep in mind that the outlets stock the Classic line, and the website stocks the Signature line. So there are some stylistic differences and not all colors will be the same.
