Anyone else considering either of these options? Which option did you go with? Pros and cons?
We have been searching for a backpack that is both stylish and functional, and we found this guy.
Just recieved it, and it’s amazing. The backpack is incredibly spacious and has plenty of compartments for all the essentials like diapers, wipes, bottles, and even a changing pad.
But what I really love about this backpack is how comfortable it is to wear. The shoulder straps are padded and adjustable, and the back panel has a mesh design to keep me cool during those hot summer days.
I love Fjallraven backpacks (mostly the Kanken models), but this LLL one is best of it’s kind. Happy to answer any questions about it 😊

I am obsessed with the lululemon diaper bag but don’t know if I can justify spending $220 on it…
I was gifted a Skip Hop diaper bag for my baby shower and one of the straps broke when my baby was just over a year old… I’ve been using a Baggu crescent bag now that I don’t need a million things for him but I’m pregnant with #2 and will need another backpack to carry stuff for both kiddos
I reallllly like how the lululemon bag comes with a smaller satchel that you can grab and go for diaper changes. I also need something high quality that’s going to stand up to some abuse and last longer then a year
Those who have either diaper bag.. what are your thoughts? Pros and cons? Either would be an investment so I’m trying to weigh my options.
My current diaper bag is one from Amazon and it does the trick but the zippers are stiff and scrape your hands if brushed the wrong way. It also doesn’t hold my water bottle when the bag is full, which is a must!!
Hi everyone!
So I’m looking at diaper bags and I want some recommendations on the more expensive ones I’ve seen from Dagne Dover and lululemon I love this Dagne Dover Wade Diaper bag and the new parent backpack from lululemon does anyone have any recommendations?
Also I’m open to suggestions of other brands to look at I just want something that will last and be functional if you may have them
Thanks!
Hi everyone. So I bought this backpack from Lululemon thinking it was a really cool looking backpack and would be great going into the office with.
The tag on the back did say it was made for new parents but I thought what the hell, it's a cool design and I'm sure other fashionable brands use this design for non diaper backpacks.
I got home and curiosity got the better of me so I Googled image searched "diaper backpacks". Yikes - seems there is definitely a recognisable diaper backpack design that many diaper bag brands and this Lululemon bag follows.
Question to you all: if I wear this backpack out as a normal every day bag, will people start wondering if I have kid? Or will I get laughed at for using a diaper bag as an every day bag?
FYI - I'm a man if if this makes any difference.
Anyway I kept the receipt so I can exchange.
Thank you all!
My sister is going to get me a lulu bag to use for a diaper bag. Which option is better? I was in store and able to see the new crew and it seemed perfect. It's 22L, lots of pockets, big bag. My sister saw the new parents bag on the website and wants to get that, but it's 17L and wasn't in store for me to look at. Is there such a thing as too small? That would be my only worry with the new parent bag. Thanks y'all!!
I couldn’t help myself when I saw the Two-Tone Canvas Tote in stock! As a mom of two toddlers I’m constantly on the go & this bag has all the space and features I could ever need. Bonus points that it’s cute & goes with all of my clothing in Bone🥰
Just a quick PSA that the Lululemon New Parent backpack is back in stock this morning (in black)! If it’s been on your list, get it quick!
Currently trying to decide on whether the Lululemon New Parent backpack is worth it. How does it handle the baby years and beyond? I like that it has a bunch of pockets on the inside and opens up really wide to see everything.
I also have a hand me down Freshly Picked classic backpack, and an Uppababy changing backpack that matches my stroller that we won in an Uppababy giveaway, but neither of these diaper bags feel perfect to me.
Please let me know what your favorite diaper bag is and what you love (or don’t love!) about it!! And if you have the Lululemon New Parent backpack, please provide your thoughts. I’ve been eyeing it up for a while. Thank you!!
I will be a first time mom early 2025 and bought the mini canvas tote in black as my diaper bag. I plan to keep a backpack full of extra items in the car so I’m not lugging everything around. Do you think this is reasonable? I’m really avoiding having to wear a regular diaper bag/backpack around so hoping this will work😩
Help!! After a ton of research and several returns, I’m convinced the Caraa Diaper Bag is the one. I cannot justify that price - someone please tell me there’s something else out there that opens wide, has insulated pockets, an easily accessible changing pad and diaper situation etc.
Rejects: Dagne Dover Indi, SkipHop Mainframe, Jujube New Classic
Update: we have a winner. The Calpak! Doesn’t come with stroller straps or a changing pad but easy fix. The SkipHop Forma was a very very close second. So well designed but not the best quality.
Going to ask my husband for an upgraded diaper bag since I am pregnant with our second baby.
What diaper bags are you all using? I just have a random black one from Amazon and due for an upgrade.
Right now, I have my eye on the LL Bean diaper bag since I love that brand. Any brand names diaper bags you love???
Anyone use the Everyday backpack as a diaper bag?! I’m looking for a new diaper bag and really want to try this as a diaper bag. Any thoughts???
What diaper bag do you use and why do you love it?
I'd prefer something that doesn't scream "diaper bag." The Lululemon Parent Bag looks nice but I've heard a lot of people returning it due to the crappy zipper.
Interested in hearing what you have and what's worked well 🙂 Backpacks seem to be the best - I haven't seen many purse options
Curious to know if anyone has used a lululemon backpack as a diaper bag? Which style is the most practical?
(Something versatile and can be transitioned to every day use as they grow as well)
First time mom here, due with my twins in the next 2 months. I am looking for something that's been tried and true from other twin parents. I'm currently overwhelmed with all of the options on the market - I was set on the lululemon new parent backpack, until I realized it's only approx 17L, which doesnt seem big enough! I don't have a specific budget in mind (if it's pricey but you think it's worth the money, I'll entertain it!!), but would like a backpack style, and preferably something that isn't too flashy as I want my husband to willingly carry it as well if we're both out with the twins.
What diaper bag did you buy, and did you feel you had sufficient space to carry twice as many items as a parent of a singleton?
I would also entertain comments on what diaper bag(s) to NOT buy! Thanks!
