I’ve had the Radley 5-piece sectional since 2009. Our three girls have ABUSED this couch. The cushions have all held their shape extremely well. The fabric cleans well and I launder the microfiber cushions with some frequency.

Anyone buy it recently and have a favorable opinion of the Radley? The recent reviews on Macys aren’t great but I am desperate for a sectional that I can customize so just looking for my input.

I feel like I need to give my review of our Radley, because it hasn't been as positive as some of these. Our cushions are absolutely terrible. We're not super-heavy people (both under 200lbs) but the cushions flattened out so quickly. They're okay for 15 minutes after rotating and fluffing, but then they flatten out again. It looks sloppy and is very uncomfortable. We've had our couch less than 3 years and are already considering looking for a new one (although how do you make sure the next couch won't have the same issue?).

We are in the market for a sectional and the Radley has good reviews and is on a great sale right now. We are undecided on the fabric. The “stock” is the heavenly ones but we want more of a performance fabric since we have pets and a toddler. Has anyone special ordered recently? Was there a price difference and what was the order timeline?

I have the stock gray one. It’s now almost a decade old, and has survived a horde of teenagers, a German shepherd/husky, a bordercollie/pit, and a geriatric cat. Still looks and smells great, thanks to easy machine washabllity!

We ordered ours at the end of October- it was supposed to be ready to schedule delivery 12/20, was pushed to 1/29. Just called and it’s now saying 3/27 just as a heads up!
