I saw a couple of days ago that Canva has released new features regarding AI tools. Ever since it came out I've tried to access some of them succesfully (like Text to Image, Magic Write or the Eraser features) but I've come across problems when trying to use the Magic Design tool.

The problem is that it doesn't even show up, I've tried searching in the templates searcher first, then searching in the new ai thing inside the design and also entering the link directly to the feature but it doesn´t work.

Can it be a result of me being from another region? Or maybe the language (I have it in spanish). Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks!

I am trying to use canva and all the magic studio features are greyed out I cannot select them. I have the premium subscription. What could be the issue and how can i fix it? Please help

So I have canva pro and can use all the pro features just not magic edit I've tried on both my phone and tablet and the app and chrome on both devices. Things line eraser and background remove works only magic edit doesn't, it didn't matter what image I used or what wifi I was connected to our if I was using 4g it let's me select what I want to change but the next button just never stops being grey regardless of if I've selected anything, even if I brush or select parts of the image still can't move onto the next step

Is it working for anyone else or any suggestions

I'm having the most frustrating issue with Canva's AI image editor and wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or has a solution.

The problem: I'm simply trying to edit/replace the background of a photo, but keep getting that error message: "Magic Edit is not designed to edit faces, hands, or legs. More information"

Here's the thing - there are ZERO people in my image! No faces, no hands, no legs, nothing human at all. Just trying to edit a plain background, but for some reason, the AI thinks I'm trying to edit body parts that don't exist.

Is there a valid alternative to adobe firefly?

I have Canva Pro and everything but I don't have magic edit but I have all the other AI functions. I tried everything! Any suggestions on what to do?

I've notice that the "design" and "text" in my Canva app on my Macbook Air (early 2024) are gone. I've tried updating the app. Opening my Canva on Safari and still they are gone.

When I need to put a text on my project, I go to "Elements" and type "text box". I'm a non pro user. Any reason why this happened?
