So my first big purchase after having baby was the Mina baie diaper bag. I hemmed and hawed over the price for months and unsure which style I would want ( Harper vs Kinney).

We had a few unexpected expenses come up so I held off and used my madewell tote as my diaper bag. I should have known better, because on the few outings we had,I was scrambling in my bag and just felt so frazzled. Yes, I even had little organizer but those were even annoying to sort through.

Finally took the plunge and got the Kinney in vegan leather. I’m a purse snob and first off the vegan leather is the best I’ve ever seen. Surprisingly supple and movable. Overall, the bag is just beautiful and I will use it for work or the gym when I’m no longer using it for my little goo.

The magnetic closures and pockets are amazing. I’ve never seen a bag with such strong magnets! It really keeps the pockets from gapping and keeps your stuff safe as you go from throwing it from your shoulder into the car. I’m amazed at how much I have stored in there and can still easily access it.

I know it’s very much an Instagram bag and is a lot of money for something you can purchase for < $50 but just wanted to provide a non- influencer review for those on the fence.

As a final note, I feel a little bit more put together and myself with this bag. My hair might be barely brushed and I’m rocking spit up stains on my tee shirt but at least my diaper bag is keeping my fit fresh.

Anyone have a Mina Baie diaper bag? I’m wanting either the Stevie full or the Kinney, but I’m worried about the magnetic flap being annoying or in the way on the Kinney..anyone have it want to share if you like it? I do like the flap version better visually.

Anyone with Mina Baie kinney and can share their experience with the bag and if you'd recommend?

Also, nylon or vegan leather (I was leaning towards this)? And lastly, would you recommend full or midi for someone petite? The goal is to use this bag beyond diapering days.
