No, place a single vanity on the wall next to the toilet. You do not have enough room between the front edge of the vanity counter and the edge of the toilet as you are showing 20”. There should be 15” from the center of the toilet to the edge of the tub and the side edge of the vanity respectively. Answer from zacat2020 on reddit.com

How to measure your bathroom space for a vanity?
Measuring for a vanity is an important step in the process. You don’t want to take up too much space, but you also don’t want to sell yourself short and settle for less than what you want. There are two big measurements to consider here: depth and width. Depth is important because you don’t want the piece jutting out into the room and taking up too much space. Sometimes, people forget to consider this part. Typically, bathroom vanities are available in depths of 12, 15, 18, and 21 inches deep. r/floorplan on Reddit: Do I have enough space for double vanity?
October 11, 2023 -

I want a double vanity in my remodeled bathroom if possible but not at the cost of it feeling too tight when sitting on the toilet or using double vanity.

In this picture, I have set double vanity to be 21.5 inches deep. Shower is 60x30 inches.

Do I have enough space to pull it off, or should I just settle with single vanity (which I am totally OK with it).

EDIT: It's 30 inches from edge of double vanity to center of toilet in below image, and 17 inches from center of toilet to edge of shower.
