Alright, so I made about three to four purchases from MLB Shop in the past couple of months. Every time I saw the item to purchase, I see "Free Shipping". Cool. And then a discount code, and I might get 20-30% off. Cool. And then I go to pay for the item(s), and inevitably, there is no free shipping option, despite the item (Team Jersey) being $107. And then I notice a handling charge.
After I complete the purchase, one way or another, I am still paying close, if not over, what the initial price was for the item. I say to myself, ahh well, screw it. I really want this, only 2 left in their stock, can't find it locally, it is what it is.
And the next nut kicker, the following day, there is some promotion on the site, to where after you get curious and enter in THAT promo code, the item is CHEAPER than what you just paid for it.
Am I just bad at MLB Shop??? Or am I missing something here?
The padres member portal says we get a 15% discount at MLBShop.com, but provides no info on how to activate it. Does anybody here know how?

I noticed that next Tuesday, the extra thing is a $20 MLB Shop coupon. I can't seem to determine if they'll be stackable (like if I have three lines and get three coupons, can I use them all for one purchase). Anyone know?
I shop pretty frequently at the MLB Shop. Their site doesn't allow multiple coupon codes on a single purchase. You can, however, sign up for their email list and get 10% off your purchase (upper left corner of mlbshop.com). The discount is available as a click-through, not a code. Thus, you can click-through, get 10% off, then apply a coupon code.
It was originally said that it was a gift card. Gift Cards are typically stackable. Now it says a $20 coupon code which really makes more sense. Being a coupon code I'm guessing that they won't be stackable.
