Anyone else having issues with logging into their MLB account?
I purchased MLB TV today and it was working fine on my PC. I tried logging in via the phone app and was never able to log in. I logged out on my PC thinking I needed to reset something, and now I'm not able to log in anywhere. I try to log in via email verification but I never get an email. If I try to reset my password, I get an email that says my account is locked and I'm unable to reset my password.
On the phone now with customer support and they don't seem to have any clue. Just curious if anyone else is having issues.
**Follow Up**
Got off the phone with customer service. They said they will get back to me within 72 hours to try and resolve the conflict. Apparently, it is a widespread issue and most likely something on their end.
Completely unacceptable and terrible timing with everyone trying to access their accounts and watch games today.

Have also had bad experiences with mlb customer service - long turnaround for even the simplest fixes to the app

We're having the exact same issue. We've had the service for years and this is the first time this has happened. My wife is on the phone right now and they have no idea what's going on.

MLB.TV would be such a complete package if I could login/confirm I pay for the local squads so I could then use them in multi view.

Funny you mention this today. I'm already a subscriber but was looking at their different packages last night, namely single-team offerings for some relatives, and found out I could watch the Cleveland Guardians' in-market package along with the rest of MLB TV just by authenticating through Spectrum at no extra charge. No opposing feed but it is just like watching any other game, complete with the radio sync. I honestly would not rule out this happening at some point.

As pointed out by another commenter, in addition to the usual postseason provider authentication, seven teams support this now for regular season games. Just go here and follow the "Auth" link under your desired team: https://www.mlb.com/live-stream-games/products Diamondbacks Dodgers (SNLA) Guardians Mets (SNY) Padres Rockies Twins MLB handles the in-market streaming for these seven teams/networks, so I'm not sure we'll see it expand to others.
