It is also very compact, though actually folds out to about the size of a full sized mattress (about 1 inch wider, 1 inch shorter, but full sized sheets work fine). I'm interested in buying a futon that's queen bed sized. I'd like to market my Airbnb as having two queen beds (with clear photos of the futon as a couch, and a photo of it set up as a bed). Any suggestions on what to buy, or any advice? I'd like to stay under $500, while being able to buy a nice futon frame and mucrosuede mattress cover. A store local to me has pretty good quality foam mattresses for $160-$180, which seem like they'd work great for a futon setup, but of course I'm not positive about it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Please Dear, no futons. We all are over our dorm days. I have suffered on a futon myself and would not inflict that kind of suffering on someone else. Unless you just really want to target large groups of 19-year-olds as your intended guests. In that case, the cheaper the better! Don't forget some empty cardboard boxes as side-tables.
