I don't know how i feel about that screenshot. It certainly doesn't look like Naomi is taking the situation seriously in it ( a flipped over turtle and oops? Really?) but if we're going to be skeptical of the unnamed possible third victim that Naomi brought forth, I'm going to be skeptical of a screen shot removed from context from an unnamed "informant as well." I really want to see what the sentence that comes before "describing it is why people were supportive" is in that conversation. I really want to see what prompted that response because i think it could tell people a lot. More on reddit.com

She really shouldn't have made this 2nd video, especially as she is now being sued. It hasn't helped her in the slightest. She clearly doesn't have a lawyer. She's now admitted to having some kind of relationship with Daniel for years, full of sex and tension. She previously said that they never had an affair. She's admitted to being a 'sugar baby' and Daniel would give her money in exchange for....something? We don't really know what. She's admitted to sending a video to Daniel and a video to his wife, hence the Cease and Desist letter she received. That now makes much more sense. She originally said the edibles were 40mg in her first video. In this video, she said she gave Daniel "half" an edible and said he ate 10mg. Meaning that would make the edibles she ate 20mg. She then inserted a clip where she said that she was high on 50mg edibles. She continued to hang out with Daniel for days after the alleged assault and continued to accept his money. She mentioned a police report in her original video and still has yet to provide evidence of this, despite showing evidence of everything else. Naomi put herself in a really strong position with that first video. But this video has poked holes in her claims. I sincerely hope she gets a lawyer and stops making videos on this. EDIT: At timestamp 7:15, Naomi talks about having a discussion with Daniel about the possibility of her accepting money in exchange for sex. And the most damning of all, at timestamp 12:59, Naomi shows a screenshot of her texts with Daniel. In her own words: "The last night I said I wanted to do MORE because you said it was your favourite part, then you played it like you didn't want it. Again, it seems like you are only allowed to express any kind of lust. When I finally do it, because you have been doing it, you never like it." So not only does Naomi seemingly appear to show that she consented, but she also implies that she was doing stuff that he didn't like. Not good. Whether Daniel did or didn't assault Naomi, one thing is for sure she has just destroyed any chances of her winning their legal battle. More on reddit.com
