Mr White is agreeing with Mr Pink. At the robbery Mr Blonde was going crazy and started shooting everyone. Mr White is basically saying "No, you don't start shooting people. You act like a professional." The "no" is towards Mr Blonde's actions, not Mr Pink's statement. It might not be correct English on paper, but in the context of the conversation it makes sense and it's understandable. It might not be correct but it's realistic, which Tarantino was going for. It's similar to my pet peeve when someone asks "Do you mind if I (do something)" and the other person says casually "Yeah, that's fine." The correct answer should be "No, that's fine." But because 'no' is usually a negative and they want to communicate what the person asked for is okay they answer incorrectly with a 'yes'.
