I bought 2 of these chairs about half a year ago. We’re about 200lbs and 130lbs. Both of us found it comfortable and haven’t had any issues with it. I will say that it’s not my main chair, but we haven’t had any issues sitting in them for 8+ hours either. Does it feel like a $2k chair? No, but it’s not bad for 5% of the price either. I love Costco, I'm there every week. Most of my friends & family do the same. I am unfamiliar with the other brands Costco offers, but I do have some (third person) personal experience with the La-Z-Boy "Manager's" & "Executive" models as now ~5 relatives/friends have purchased one to try out over the last 2 years or so. All of which had eventually returned them due to discomfort within a few weeks. No one (in my life) have tried the Mesh or Big & Tall versions, so no opinion on those. I don't find any satisfaction in hating on the more affordable budget options out there...but yeah, for whatever reason, everyone I know who has purchased one has returned it...which I found pretty interesting. My experience could very well just be an incredible stroke of luck though, so don't just take my word for it!
