MagSafe charger I can't get the MagSafe charger or any other wireless charger to charge my iPhone 12 Pro. Has anyone else had this issue? I have the charger and the Apple usb-c 20w adapter. I've tried with and without the MagSafe phone case. Nothing. 1116 4 ... Remove the case. Test to see if it charges. If it does, the case is the issue. ... It is the case. I removed and it worked fine charging. The case was advertised to work for wireless charging. my previous iPhone 10 worked fine with a similar Otterbox case.

Ok, so I find my beloved Symmetry case for my equally loved 12 Pro loosing its grip. I start a claim with OtterBox and find that my MagSafe version has limited color availability. I’m fine with just about any color as long as I get the protection and functionality I purchased through Amazon. I am informed that a MagSafe version would be on its way after I send in some pictures. I take the pictures and get approved.
A few weeks later I open an envelope to find a beautiful black Symmetry enclosed, WITHOUT MAGSAFE. I check email and there’s a message saying no more MagSafe symmetry products are available.
I call as I need MagSafe and get danced around with a customer support agent hearing that no more MagSafe product was available in Symmetry. I reluctantly accept some credit that I have yet to claim.
Last night I do some searching as Prime Days were about to start and find new Symmetry cases for a 12 Pro in clear are available from the OTTERBOX STORE.
I am very disappointed in OtterBox on so many fronts.

OtterBox is likely no longer making it and no longer has any in their warehouses. It may be that the "OtterBox" store isn't tied to their main warehouses and is just another distribution channel that still has some cases in stock - it may even just be a subsidiary of OtterBox with no direct link in their ERP systems. If it were me, just get your credit from OtterBox and order the one you want from Amazon. Not really enough of a hassle to get worked up over.

This model is NOT listed as MagSafe compatible, but is wireless charging compatible according to the Otterbox website. The Symmetry case which is Magsafe compatible is called Symmetry Series+ Case with MagSafe and the SKU# for the item in black is SKU 77-80138.

Hello everyone, i'm sure this question is asked a lot and ive done some research but I can't quite narrow down what meets my criteria. I currently own an iPhone 12 Pro Max and use an Otterbox Defender case which I love but, it isn't magsafe compatible. I was looking at getting the new Belkin 3-in-1 charging pad as well as some car accessories that utilize magsafe. I would like a Magsafe case with decent protective capabilities, like the otterbox, if possible but not an ugly clear case as i've seen recommended in the past. I owned the first Mous case for the pro max and it was extremely slippery and hard to grip so unless 4.0 fixed that, im not sure if thats for me.
