Help on setting Paypal account

I had the same problem, they changed the process a year or so ago. There's two options: personal and business. Don't make a business account if they tell you to! You don't need it. Paypal is stupid. Login to your paypal, and go here . Choose the option for "Receive Only International Payments" and choose Complete KYC. Fill in all the information they require. That's it, and now you can receive international payments to your personal Indian paypal account. The page above is hidden and the only way to get to it is via the "Help" section, it's idiotic. For purpose code, you can choose anything under "Information services", it doesn't matter. More on reddit.com

I am totally new to YNAB and trying to link all my bank and credit accounts.

And PayPal Credit is the only one which gives a problem. I have a 2FA with authenticator enabled on my PayPal account as a security measure due to the issues I had in the past with the phone number verification. But YNAB cannot link the PayPal account saying "Your account settings are incompatible".
Any idea how to get it linked?

i gave up on paypal because it only syncs your activity, not activity from others such as when someone sends you money.
