Hello!! Idk if I'm dumb or what, but I literally cannot find my balance anywhere nor can I find the option to transfer my funds to my bank?? The new UI sucks and I cant tell if I just cant see it/am missing it, but I've spent an hour clicking and searching.

Seems to be a recurring issue with the latest version of the app. As someone else posted about this issue literally not 72 hours ago. I'd contact support and make them aware of the fact the UI for the app currently doesn't show balance or the transfer options. (send a SS of this to them, this is what I told the other guy) As contacting them and making them aware means they will have to take action sooner than later if more people report the same issue. I gave up using the app years ago. For numerous reasons, among those, being the stupidity of having a £1 withdrawal minimum through the app. (I do a lot of online surveys etc. so frequently have amounts under £1 coming through my account)

Maybe this is a super obvious question, but I just logged in for the first time in a while and I don't see my account balance. I thought I had money in my account (although I could have transferred it all out at some point). The thing is that my balance isn't showing up at all, not even $0. I can't find a number anywhere, both on desktop and mobile. Where is it? Thanks in advance.
