Yes and no. It's still bad, but it's consistently and predictably bad. This means I can have pre-written copy and paste responses to all the usual issues. And with the Purchase Protection Program I can add to each reply that if it never shows up (or it's late) Etsy will issue a full refund. This usually calms them down enough that they are willing to wait a couple days, or go through the refund process if necessary. What has been fascinating is that ebay uses the same PB letter tracking system that Etsy uses. And like you said, there are always a couple messages a week on Esty with people confused/angry about what the PB tracking says. But I have never once had an ebay customer reach out with any issues. Are people on Etsy crankier than ebay? Is PB giving ebay the data in a different way than Etsy? It's a puzzle! More on reddit.com
