Ok, few things. DTF is not sublimation, it is its own method under heat pressing but still a valid way to go and works on both cotton and polyester and other materials. We actually sell DTF transfers via the heatpress community store. You can use easysubli (sublimation vinyl). You can't sublimate on clear HTV, but you can on glitter. Sublimation spray sucks, those who swear by it are usually cheap skates that don't show you what its quality looks like after a week or two. 50/50 blend with pure polyester will look vintage. The discord #FAQ has a full picture list of what it will turn out like on each color background as well. 100 Poly will be really vibrant. Overall, DTF is the best method for you if you wanted to get started for cheap. More on reddit.com

April 25, 2023Do shirts need to be 50% polyester and 50% cotton for sublimation? I found some shirts I really like but some of them are 100% cotton.
I have had luck on shirts as low as 35% polyester, but definitely not 100% cotton. It won’t work. More on reddit.com
