I ordered a 14 Pro Max on Sep 12. Basically everywhere online it says that even pre order delivery times have “slipped into late October.”
However, my order says Estimated delivery Oct 7. And the Verizon website still advertises pre ordering and getting that delivery date.
Then the Verizon subreddit has many people saying they pre ordered and they already see a UPS tracking showing that their package is ready to go.
I don’t know what to believe. I am trying to figure out if I’ll get the phone before my vacation.

I work for Verizon. Really it's depending on the storage and color. The 128gb are pushed a little further than the 256gb. However, I have ordered phones for customers and the ship date was a few weeks out and they got it a lot sooner than later. You should get it on or before the 7th.

ordered 14 pro max payed 282$ to upgrade estimated date of delivery (today sept 23rd ) waiting 2 weeks now there saying sept 29th smh stuck with the 13pro max 6 more days

Just curious what people are seeing for shipping.
I preordered a 16 pro white titanium 512 gb and natural titanium 512 gb right away today.
Already received a ups tracking number for the white one but it says it’ll be delivered by 9/26 (up until then it said “estimated 9/20” in my order status)
The natural titanium still says “estimated 9/20” but doesn’t have an ups tracking number yet.
Anyone else get shipping info or waiting for more details? I’m hoping because I pre-ordered right away today that I’ll get both on 9/20 still
Edit: ended up getting both tracking numbers later. Both devices due to arrive on 9/20!

I also preordered right away my 16p and the app was saying estimated shipping 9/20 but the email I received this morning from Verizon with my UPS tracking # shows “expected delivery 9/26” but they generated a UPS overnight label so I’m really hoping that is an inaccurate delivery estimate. Hoping to receive on launch for sure! EDIT 9/16 - UPS tracking has updated that they are in possession of my package. It shows delivery is scheduled for launch date 9/20 so I believe that most people who see 9/26 as their delivery date from the Verizon confirmation email will also receive it on launch day! 🤞

It depends on the availability of the phone you pre-ordered. It's either you'll receive information on 9/20 for the tracking or much later than the said date. Who knows.

September 28, 2023 - The iPhone 14 arrived in the mail within a few days but I was unable to activate it, even after four or five conversations with Verizon agents on the phone and another visit to the Costco in Verizon agent. in the last few conversations on that subject, I was simply told that the phone needed to be returned, and that it could not be activated nor replaced with no further explanation. I was told that the order for my two iPhone 15 Pro Max was still valid and I would receive those phones.
