I had an order come like a week ago and didn’t have to pay any tariffs/duties, you usually just have to pay for shipping and if there are any duties, i’m pretty sure it shows you the amount at checkout. They used to do happy returns and it was so easy to try on a couple, find the perfect one and get a refund within the hour if you could drop it off. But they don’t do happy returns anymore & i haven’t been loving their styles for my body type. I think they would flatter someone who doesn’t have much boobs More on reddit.com

I’m thinking of ordering clothes from Princess Polly, but I’m a bit hesitant because of the recent tariffs and how unpredictable duties can be. Has anyone from Ontario ordered from them recently?
How much did you pay in duties or taxes, if any?
Did you order from the US site or Australian site?

In ontario and ordered 10 days ago on US site. Yet to receive my order. I have never had an order arrive from them on time. I have an active order for my birthday on Sunday and the tracking link has not updated in over a week and its not with the local courier. DHL actually told me, they commercially agreed to a larger window than what’s on their site (more than a week after). Horrible customer service too. Last time ordering.
