Remini App is incredibly mediocre now. Any good alternatives?
Is there anything better than Remini - ai photo enhancer?
Image Enhancement Software (Remini) alternative? Looking for a detail enhancement software for low resolution pictures.
I’ve been trying to explore Vapoursynth. It seems some people have been creating a github repository called super resolution zoo or something like that and compiled most interesting SR recent codes. I’ve also been looking into training some models myself. If I get past the coding barrier (working on it), I’ll update but vapoursynth has a lot of interesting plugins and support. Just kinda of not very user friendly.

Back 2 years ago I used to use the Remini app for ALL my photos. This one in particular is of my Dad's late cousin. As you can see it's realistic, it's clear, and amazing quality in 2021. After just some basic enhancing, descratch to remove any tears/scratches in the physical photo, increasing of pixelation in photoshop to make the photo easier to read by the AI, and then retro to really bring the photo to life.
However a new update came where they removed literally every single feature about a year ago. Retro was gone, video enhance was gone. I mean I remember there being countless of options to now only just one. They removed saving enhanced pictures to their little history folder. And the AI isn't even as accurate or as realistic as it was before. I used the same effects on the original photo for proper comparison.
Now everything they ask for payment when it used to all be free. There's even watermarks now?? Like what??
Hey there! Could you please help me out with something? I was wondering if there's any other photo enhancing platform out there that works better than Remini. I've been using it for a while, but it doesn't seem to enhance the clarity as much as I'd like. Since I'm already familiar with Adobe, I was hoping you could suggest something that adds dramatic clarity to product photography. Thanks a lot!
