Was working fine a couple hours ago. Then it suddenly stopped loading videos and even thumbnails. I reinstalled everything, to no success. Thumbnails now load, but the videos do not play. Internet is fine, btw. The new installation process was much slower than usual. Microg does not log in, even though I received the Google authorization message. Any ideas?

ReVanced - Continuing the legacy of Vanced
2 days ago - I just signed up for Peacock with ads and saw that Revanced can patch ads on Peacock so basically I can get ad free without having to pay the extra four bucks a month or whatever it is. Problem is Revanced isn’t detecting any apps at all so I can’t patch anything. I’m trying to use it on my Google TV box running Android 14 and I e granted it permission to access storage so I’m not sure what’s going on.

September 22, 2022 - Click to collapse I think I found my problem. When using the revanced manager, they don't recommend using dpi related apks or split apks but installing a no dpi apk instead. If you do, they say it causes issues of not loading.

So, the videoes on YouTube Revanced stopped playing a few hours ago. Whenever i press on a video it automatically pauses itself and can't be unpaused. The title, description and comments sometimes don't load either. YouTube shorts work fine. I have the most recent version of everything. Tried updating, reinstalled everything a bunch of times, I even tried three different accounts. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Edit: Solved! What was causing issues for me was the app Regain, used to limit screentime. This has happened before to other people. I uninstalled it and now YouTube is working again. Other possible solutions are:

Disable Picture-In-Picture feature in the app settings

Remove the "remove background player restrictions" patch and reinstall Youtube
