Hi, i got an S21 "used" a month ago, the phone was practically new, the prerior user didnt use it at all.

The thing is that after a month of use the screen did turn off but i was able to use the phone and the screen touch

I went to an tech services and after complete revision of the circuits, one of them was damaged and the screen was damaged too.

The tech support told me that to replace a screen it needs to be one that comes from other phone, since the screen replacement that are selling normally are copies AAA and they doesnt work correctly

The thing is that an screen "original" from other phone cost about 300$ in my country And one from Ebay cost round 160$

It is true about the screen copies and originals?

There is any other person with this type of experience that can explain me?

Since the phone did cost round 500$ i would prefer give it for lost than replace a screen for 300$

I'm coming from an S10+ and looking to upgrade to the S22+ (ultra is too big for me). Apparently the S22+ is going to have similiar screen quality as the S21+ in both 1080p and 393 pixel density. Only concern is going from a 1440p to 1080p. Apparently some people can't tell a difference and some people can. I did a quick search on here and it seems like a lot of had issues with the 21+ panel, color in accurancy, and some had upgraded to about 21 Ultra for better contrast and screen capability. But for those who have owned it for a while now, how is it holding up? Do you think it's worth the downgrade to the panel to upgrade the phone for 120hz?
