July 4, 2025Beware of buying Samsung "club model" TV's . I recently bought a Samsung 4k TV and it was lacking the anynet feature where I can use my Chromecast to turn on the TV via Google home. The club models lack some features to cut back costs.

May 11, 2019Saw some cheap 85" Samsungs and LGs at Sam's Club and am looking for advice
Yeah the automod replies lol. Our current TV doesn't have local dimming either, doesn't get super bright (dark room for viewing anyways), and is also 60hz (not sure if that matters for movies?) The recommended TCL is like $600 more expensive too. Also if anyone has any tips on how to get good streaming quality on netflix/prime/etc that would be very helpful, thanks! Idk anything about those platforms but with our new gigabit fiber idk how we're getting like 360p streams lol More on reddit.com
