4 years old. I was running it and it turned off abruptly. There was a clog around the hardwood brush roll. Now the motor doesn't start with the power button and I can only get a fraction of the speed when I engage brushrolls.
The brush does not want to spin. I have replaced the filters and the round orange and black thing in front. Usually when it does this it just needs cleaned out. I have ot cleaner than it ever has been and it still wont spin. Any suggestions?
I have an Shark IF201 DuoClean and got the dreaded battery error of the 2nd and 3rd lights flashing. Unit doesn't turn on, battery just flashes the 2nd and 3rd LEDs, the manual says to call Shark...
I called, they didn't give me any specifics on the issue if it was the unit or battery just offered replacement with an upgraded model. My issue, no receipt since I paid cash and forgot to register it like I typically do and they won't replace it without one. Anyone want to send me a scanned copy of their receipt? *wink wink lol
I bought a new battery and it is also errors with the 2/3 LED flashing, could it have been another faulty battery from Amazon or is it actually the unit that is throwing the error?
