For CVS order Shipt drivers receive a flat fee of $8 for delivering, regardless of distance or order size. In my experience I’ve never had a CVS order tip and I go into them not expecting one, but lots of other people will get tips from them.

There is no way to tip online for this. Many customers leave an envelope outside with cash for this type of delivery.

I've done about 10 CVS Rx deliveries, and most of them have been smooth. Once I tell them I'm with Shipt, they ask to see my phone (for customer info and verification that I am the Shipt guy with the order assigned to me), then they give me the Rx. A couple times I've showed up and they looked at me funny cause I didn't have the DOB or phone number, and one time they've told me that the customer's card payment failed and they needed to call them to pay, couldn't get ahold of them so I had Shipt release me from the order. I don't understand how those kinks aren't worked out yet, payments should not be processed when the driver gets to the pickup point, that just asks for problems...
