Absolutely avoid LazyBoy at all costs. Worst fucking chairs. I wanted to get 2 BIFL chairs for my spouse and I. We sized the frames and everything for us at the store. The floor models fit us perfectly. Did matching brown leather for a timeless look. Both of us, when we took delivery of the new chairs, our feet didnt touch the floor because the pivot point springs were way in the wrong spot. Then the foot rest mechanisms started binding and breaking. They had no problem sending workers out to look at stuff for warranty repairs. But the repairs didnt fix the root of the issue. Sold one of marketplace for less than a 1/4 of what we paid for it a little over a year later. The other chair we havent been able to sell and its just sitting in storage.
