Loft 12 king mattress one year review: it's a very soft mattress and we end up sleeping on our sides and sleeping in the back is pretty painful. We have a 3 month baby and if my wife tries to co sleep, he topless to his side. I wouldn't recommend this mattress. I am suffering from acute back pain. Not worth it. I tried calling the customer service 5 month back and they said the warranty doesn't cover the firmness drop and the shape is not reasonable since it is part of standard usage. More on reddit.com

this is where I get to tell my story about how I bought a cheap couch from them, it weirdly just ... broke about six months in with extremely light use, and when I went back to the store to discuss they asked if it was my "primary couch" and said they didn't recommend it as a primary couch. This is the College street store -- I was a little taken aback because a) they didn't mention that when I was buying it and b) who has a primary and secondary couch from structube in this condo-heavy area? Anyway. They replaced it. The replacement is still with me, but I remain very suspicious that it might crumble at any moment. More on reddit.com

January 30, 2024Buying from Structube was mistake
No issues with delivery. But back in 2018 I bought all Structube furniture because I thought “let’s be better than ikea”. Quality issues with all of it. Never again. The weld on one of my stools broke in like 8 months and it was a two month battle to get them to replace it. The weld on a second stool broke about a year and a half in. Same spot. They refused to replace it. More on reddit.com

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying from Structube — my experience has been terrible. Their reviews are honestly not worth trusting because they don’t seem to let negative ones through. Everything looks great online, but the quality is super hit-or-miss once you actually get the furniture.
The 7-day return policy is basically useless. By the time you build the item, notice issues, and try to deal with customer service, the window is already gone. And customer service… is just terib . Getting anyone to actually help or take responsibility is a nightmare.
Really regret dropping a couple grand there on chairs ( Eva ) and a bed (Ravel). If you’re on the fence, I’d say be careful — my experience has been nothing but hassle. If I could go back, I’d shop somewhere else

Never buy furniture without visiting the showroom first. I bought my last two couches from Structube (almost 20 years apart) and have no regrets. But most of the couches that looked fine on the website did not hold up in person.

What’s worse is the lack of accountability. Structube refused to stand behind their warranty or even consider that it could be a manufacturing defect.
