I don’t have the Carole, but I’ve had a Structube couch since 2022 and it’s good! A little sunken in one area where I sit most of the time, but still comfy (and only noticeable when sitting, it’s not visually sunken in). No pilling. More on reddit.com

this is where I get to tell my story about how I bought a cheap couch from them, it weirdly just ... broke about six months in with extremely light use, and when I went back to the store to discuss they asked if it was my "primary couch" and said they didn't recommend it as a primary couch. This is the College street store -- I was a little taken aback because a) they didn't mention that when I was buying it and b) who has a primary and secondary couch from structube in this condo-heavy area? Anyway. They replaced it. The replacement is still with me, but I remain very suspicious that it might crumble at any moment. More on reddit.com

Poir avoir acheté souvent chez Structube, en ligne ou en succursale ça ne change pas grand chose. Si t'as un problème, le staff en magasin va te dire de communiquer avec un numéro qu'ils vont te donner. Sinon par rapport à la qualité des meubles, je trouve Structube overpriced depuis la pandémie. Pré-2020, les meubles étaient plus de qualité, maintenant c'est juste du drop shipping de la Chine. More on reddit.com

Structube is hit and miss. You need to see for yourself in a showroom to judge the quality. Other places for affordable furniture include Homesense and some Ikea. Some of the furniture from EQ3 is made in Winnipeg so I try to support them if I can. More on reddit.com
