While not low-waisted, this pair is very flattering on me due to the stretch factor and no bulky zippers or buttons. This may be less helpful, but search eBay/secondhand sellers for gap 1969 flares. I scored a pair from 2012 at goodwill in their petite inseam and stumbled upon a 2011 pair on eBay in the same size. Older bootcut styles may be closer to flare than modern bootcut, so keep that in mind as well. ETA: I’ve never bought a new belt. I’m having the hardest time finding proper low/mid rise jeans or slacks that have flare. They all have issues such as gapping at waist/hips, being way too long, or the wash looking too faded (I’m 26 so don’t want them looking too “young”) I have 24 in waist and 31 in hips and am struggling so hard.
I got some perfect fitting low rise slacks for work and since realized low rise is much more flattering for my body than high rise. Found a couple more slacks but they have waist gapping.
Also if anyone has any reccs for some petite leather belts that would be great :) thanks!

They are super stretchy, so I can wear them during PMS when I am bloated, and they don't hurt me. Yet, they don't sag or lose their shape. They can be washed AND dried, and they stay that same magical fit. They look a bit trashy in the pic, but cutesy on. Like a vintage pair of jeans that someone lovingly sewed appliqués on, on a whim, and they turned out gorgeous.
