4 free iPhone 17 = $100
iPhone 17 Promotions (Current TMobile Customer)
What happened to the T-Mobile Black Friday $1000 off iPhone 17 series deals? They were everywhere a week ago and now they’re gone?
T Mobile just cancelled my iPhone trade in promo credits today. 3 months after it was verified in good condition
Are there differences between an iPhone for AT&T, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, or Verizon?
When I buy from apple.com, does my iPhone come ready to use?
Will my new iPhone be unlocked?

I’ve been seeing advertisements that new customers can get 4 free iPhone 17 on the essentials plan for $100 plus tax/fees. Anybody got this and is it worth it? Is the 50Gb unlimited data/hot spot per line? Does having Costco membership help?
Hi,
What's the best promotion out there to get a new iPhone for a current T-mobile customer? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Are there typically deals during black Friday? I can hold out a few weeks if I can get a better deal.
Thanks!
So back in September I traded in my old iPhone 14 Pro to get the new iPhone 17 pro. I did my trade in through Apple to get an unlocked phone.
I took pictures of the phone in good working condition and shipped it out to them. They sent me an email verifying that they’d gotten it in good condition and everything was good.
Today I get a text from T mobile that my promotion credits have ended because my eligibility has changed.
I call them up and they said that that there was a problem with my trade in. But since I traded in with Apple, they can’t see the details of the order.
They tried to transfer me over to Apple, but hung up on me instead. I’m trying to contact Apple support but they just keep transferring me around.
Does anyone have any ideas on who I can contact to get this solved? My trade in was working perfectly and I even took pictures of it right before I shipped it out.
I’ve been with Tmobile for a few years now and have enjoyed the service. But the prices keep going up. This week I checked with a competitor, and was offered the following:
4 iPhone Pro’s (256 gb) for $90 all in after taxes and fees. Unlimited talk, text, and data on their 5g network. No trade in required. Activation fees waived. 3 year contract. I feel like this is a really good deal.
Does Tmobile have a current promotions that would come close to that I should consider? Currently on Go5g, paying around $160 a month.
Edit:
I think I’m going forward with this promo here’s the numbers break down.
4 lines, 4 Orange Iphone Pro’s 256gb Welcome Verizon plan, 3 year lock. $40 per line activation fees waived. $300 Verizon Gift card
After promos: $130 first month, $40 autopay the following months (35 months)
$90 month x 36 months = $3,150
$130 first month = $3,280
17 iPhone Pro 256 = $1099 $1099x4=$4,396.00
$3280-$4,396.00=$-1,116.00
So essentially, after 3 years, I would have gotten one iPhone for free while paying for service & 3 iPhones.
The biggest factor will be the raised fees. How soon or often they will increase the taxes/fees to average out their expenses will be interesting.
That being said, I’m going to keep my Tmobile plan as well, and treat this new plan as a way to get 4 iPhones paid off for a future trade in.
I’m a creator, so having 4 iPhones that 4k is huge. Multi-camera shoots inbound.
Would love to hear any thoughts. So far I’ve hear it’s a good promo, just poor company to do it with.
Edit Edit*
Terms of the deal:
iPhone: $1,099.99 (256 GB only) purchase w/ new smartphone line on Unlimited Welcome plan for 36 mos. req'd per phone.
Less $1,100 promo credit applied over 36 mos. per phone; 0% APR. Apple Intelligence requires iOS 18.1 or later. Unlimited Welcome: $30/line for 4 new lines, less $20 monthly promo credits
I know it just came in there yesterday but it is now on T-Mobile!
So I feel like I fell for the biggest bait and switch scam, I pre-ordered 2 phones using the promos offered on September 17. The 2 promos were new line iphone 17 pro on us ($1100 promo) and new line iPhone 17 on us ($830 promo) on the experience more plan. I have a screenshot of my cart on checkout showing the final monthly price and the promo amounts.
Well yesterday the phones arrived, so I was finally able to port my phone numbers and log into the tlife app for the first time. And the monthly bill is $100 more than what I agreed to during checkout. So I message customer service about it last night and they keep telling me I don’t qualify or they can’t honor the promos I agreed to and checked out with during the pre order. I even sent them the pdf and they still kept saying no we won’t honor that. I will post the screenshot as segments since I can’t upload a pdf in Reddit posts.
So now I’m with a bill of $245 instead of $159 like I had agreed to, and they refuse to help make it right. I would’ve been better off staying with Verizon’s more expensive plan considering I’m receiving $0 device promos on either line. Has anyone else had this happen with their pre order when opening a new account? I’m very frustrated and feel like I just got scammed hard. Attached are the pics, first 3 are the screenshot during checkout, last is my current bill.
