Driving record form 3A
How Can I Access My Driving Record Without an SSN? (Valid Driver’s License)
Taking a driver safety course to deal with a speeding ticket. Do I need to pay for the driving record, too?
Defensive Driving Option
Hey all,
Just got my first ticket and not familiar with the process. I was told I needed to submit two forms (a TDLR approved Driver’s Safety Course certificate and a certified copy of my Driving Record), and I figured the second one would be quicker and easier to get out of the way. I just paid for it off Texas.gov and noticed that the record says "No report of approved driver education course".
I know that you're not allowed to do defensive driving if you've done it previously in the last x months; is this all that this is indicating? Or was I supposed to have ordered the driving record after completing the course? TIA
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to access my driving record in Texas, but I’ve run into an issue. I don’t have a Social Security Number (SSN), but I do have a valid, unexpired Texas driver’s license. I’ve tried requesting it online, but the system requires an SSN to proceed.
Has anyone else dealt with this situation or know of any alternative ways to request a driving record without an SSN? Are there any offices I could visit in person to get it, or other methods I should try?
I got a speeding ticket and need it for dismissal do you know how to get it does insurance have access to it.
