Hey, maybe you can add some punctuation marks in your base-utterance and this will influence the intonation of the output of that robot voice.Normally these voices are designed to have a falling intonation contour towards the period. With setting a period after each word you prevent a slowly falling intonation contour which is one important aspect of a human voice. There are other aspects like stress which are also important for marking aspects of the content but I tried this one below and it's already a bit more robotic. You could export the mp3 snippet from an online text-to-speech synthesizer then and maybe add a vocoder effect in audacity. "I want a robot voice" -> "I. want. a. robot. voice." On top of that you could select a german speaker and transcribe the english words like this which is strange but processable input to the synthesizer and sounds English as output: "Ei. wonnt. a. robot. voice" More on reddit.com
