For all hard floors I recommend a good canister vacuum a Miele C1 Pure Suction $279 or a Sebo K2 Kombi $399. You can pair it with a cordless stick vacuum for your small daily cleaning. Pair a regular corded vacuum or cordless vacuum with a mop of your choice. Many people like the O'Cedar Spin Mop. I like the Bissell SpinWave, it's a motorized spin mop with washable mop pads. I recommend a spray mop with washable mop pads if you are lazy. People often criticize the Bissell SpinWave or reusable spray mop for not having enough capacity because the mop pads get dirty, but you can expand the capacity by getting more mop pads and using more than one set per session. You have it all right, it comes with extra brush vs the Pro, but has the same functions. The notable difference is that it comes with the LED screen instead of the LCD screen, which means no animation on the screen, so if the animation is not important to you, than the S5 Extreme is the one for you!

Thank you for your question. No, they are different. The S5 Extreme has a suction only mode to help you suck residual water on the floor while S5 Pro does not have this function. S5 Pro has an LCD display that could provide real-time cleaning status and guidance, battery and suction levels, and maintenance alerts, but S5 Extreme uses an LED display, and that's why S5 Pro is more expensive.
