It sounds like your best option is going to be to just wait on hold as much as you can. Do they have any online options like a chat or email system that you can access outside of your account? I would be doing all three. Ultimately it's still your responsibility to make the payment on time... even if it is difficult to get through to them for a new password. So wild. I’ve had truist since their inception and have tons of friends around that do as well and no one have these issues that people on this small sub seem to have. I had chase and I’ll take truist literally 24/7 over them. They disable it when they think it’s fraud. And anytime I’ve called truist customer service to order a new card or anything, even on weekends, I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes which is understandable. There are a million competitors and I’m all for people switching to get the best service, rate, etc. Thats what makes competition great.
