We bought my daughter a mainstays steel bedframe from Walmart. I believe it is 14 inches off the ground. It is rated for 600 lbs and we’ve slept in it before and it’s comfortable. More on reddit.com

Pbteen is super gorgeous furniture - tons of storage beds due to tailoring it for college. I got my bed from crate & barrel kids and it has 13 inch space under it so I store 11 inch ikea bins.
