3 Tiers of NDA service UPS NDA Early AM (before 8:00) Most expensive UPS NDA (regular) Delivery by 10:30 AM UPS NDA Saver Del. By usually 2 or 3PM in most areas - Cheapest option but still Next Day Saver, think of it as saving money, it’s the cheaper option but the delivery time is later I would tell my customers to choose this option over the NDA or NDA EAM because you could often times have issues where say a business isn’t open or if it needs signature and nobody is awake at 6am-7am at a residence it could cause issues. Also, the Saver or Regular NDA service often arrives pretty early and paying extra for the 8AM or 10:30 arrives at the same tim either way. So if you can swing knowing your package will arrive sometime between 9AM and 3:00PM then this is your best bet Also remember that UPS delivers in 1 business day out to 200 Miles so you might not need to be paying the NDA price. some of this depends on the delivery area I.g shipping from Miami, FL to a rural Residential address in Washington state is not happening by 8:AM next day or at least might have some issues and be VERY Expensive

So my overnight shipment took 7 day I get things happened and weather delays are not foreseeable but the weather delay happened 3 days after it should have already arrived
I calle ups and they said because they were not able to do any discounts or refunds due to the weather delays witch are not covered under insurance.
Is this right ?? I paid for overnight I dont care if there was weather Delay 3 days after it should have been delivered

The only delivery day guarantee is with next day air. 3 day select is usually the same speed as regular ground.
