Pickups don’t get sent to our boards right away in the morning. It honestly bothers me because I’ll see a pickup show up for something I already passed/done and it shows the pickup time hours ago. I had something weird happen today: Yesterday (Sunday) I requested a pickup for today (Monday) of a package.
Now, come today, at 08:50am, a UPS truck pulls up, guy gets out and drops off a package (they have drop-off permits, so perfectly normal for them to not ring for delivieries). I ran to get the package for pickup, however he didn't ring and basically was away immediately.
I was kind of annoyed because I thought they just pressed "package not available" for the pickup, however when checking the status of the pickup it showed that it hadn't yet been completed. Cause I couldn't yet be bothered to deal with it, I initially let it sit.
Then, 10 minutes later, again a UPS truck shows up, the same guy gets out and rings to get the package. I ask them why they didn't ring before, and they tell me they didn't know before and were obviously pretty annoyed.
Do you really only get notified for pickups after 9am? Cause I definitely requested the pickup a day ahead.

My on call pick ups seem to come through around 10:45-11. Usually right after I've delivered to the business that requested the pickup.
