hello. this is my first time using ups. long story short, i found it really stressful so i voided the booking. does anyone know if i'll be refunded (i don't have a billing account)? i used my card (mastercard) so the payment went through immediately. or do i need to contact anyone and ask for a refund?
also, how long does it usually take for refunds to be reversed?
i'm from the philippines btw. thank you so much.
UPDATE: i just received my refund! it took 10 days. it was credited back to my card automatically :)

I can not find ANYTHING on the UPS website that tells me if I will get my money back and I just can't navigate the website to contact someone for confirmation on if I will get my money back or not.
I haven't used the label, I don't intend to. I have had confirmation that my shipment was voided 4 days ago but it doesn't say anything about returning the money. Can anyone help ?

I created a shipment with 3 packages and ended up using only 2 shipping labels. I voided the 3rd shipping label after the invoice (say: $300 for 3 packages) for 3 labels were generated.
UPS suggested I pay the $300 and that I will get a -$100 invoice next week and that credit that can be applied to future invoices; is there a way to get the $100 refunded via check / credit card refund?
