I wanted to make this post because it took me forever to find an answer.
You need to go to "One Time Payment login" which is completely separate from the normal Verizon site to pay your bill using a Verizon gift card. No idea how this affects autopay discount though.

A month ago I moved into a a new apartment. This new apartment did not have fios optic lines, so I had to switch my Fios Internet service to 5G Wireless Home Internet. There were a lot of issues with the transfer, and I had to call Verizon multiple times to receive:
my order number
the "mobile" number that comes with every 5G home internet device
to set up the actual device
to call back and confirm that my fios service was actually cancelled because it wasn't
After spending over 7 hours cumulative with support the above issues were settled. However I still have one huge issue. No where on the app or on the website do I have an option to view or pay my bill for the new 5G Home Internet Service. The only bill I can see is my old Fios bill which says $0.00 because it is cancelled. I do not want to call and have the call center pay my bill for me because they will charge an additional $10 fee, plus I want the auto-pay and ebilling discount. What do I do? Why is it so hard for me to pay a bill?
Is anyone else having trouble paying their bill.?? I've been trying for 30 lin including calling and am still not able to find it. I'd pnt know why they took away the damn regular fios app
