Under Account > Ordering and shopping preferences > Your Payments ( https://www.amazon.com/cpe/managepaymentmethods?ref_=ya_d_l_pmt_mpo ). Go to the Transactions tab. Each of the orders are listed. I open each order in a new tab and jot down the information into Google Sheet, which I reconcile weekly. If you wait a month, it would definitely get too overwhelming. Also the fact that I signed up for the Prime Rewards credit card makes it easier since I only charge Amazon purchases to it (5% rewards on amazon and whole foods purchases). r/amazonprime on Reddit: How do you identify specific credit card transactions from Amazon?
May 13, 2020 -

This is meant to be a discussion, not individual specific.

Since Amazon does not provide a table/spreadsheet/database matching Payment Method, Transaction Amount, and Order ID/info - What methods are available to reconcile Amazon Purchases with the transaction amounts placed on a given payment method?

The closest I've been able to get, though it has a poor success rate, is applying an algorithm to the 'Order History Report' for 'Items' that tries to find combinations of transactions with the same 'Order ID' that match the total transaction amount on my credit card. This has 100% failure for orders that were split between different payment methods, and only ~70% success rate for other orders.

I've spoken to Amazon Customer Service representatives about this a few times over the past couple of years, and they always apologize for the inconvenience and say that they are working on it; one even tried to blame this on the bank. The only policy change I've seen was in the wrong direction - when they temporarily disabled Order History Reports for non-business users. To date, the only method they've suggested is to manually go into each order and check the charge amount for each payment method. To have a record of these transaction, one must record this information in a spreadsheet themselves and download the invoice for each order to maintain the record of it. That's fine for one order, but it takes several minutes per transaction. I tried it once, and it took hours to do for a single month of transactions.
