June 20, 2023 - After lusting over a $114 Keychron I decide to go with a Steel Series membrane illuminated "Gaming keyboard" for $29. I get up to the checkout line which has since grown in size and stalled out. I decide I'm not waiting in that line for $30 item. I put it back on the shelf and leave. I have pretty much given up at this point. I drop by Walmart to see what they have just in some off chance they somehow hit the sweet spot. I see this Game Onn mechanical keyboard that seems decent.
