Does anyone know how to speak to a real person about a Walmart order? I received the wrong version of what I ordered but if I try to get them to replace it I feel like they're just gonna send the same thing again.
Whenever I call customer service it just takes me through an automated system which isn't helpful. I'm an associate so I know if I try to call the store they won't know how to help me.
why was my orders cancelled I just see Walmart email saying sorry a unepected issue caused Walmart to cancel my order can I get a reason for it

If you have entered a landline number, you are essentially locked out of your account because landline numbers do not allow text messages.
Is it possible to speak with a human for assistance or to restore the code by landline telephone option? Thanks!
